1. Is your jewelry real or artificial? We offer high-quality, premium jewelry. Most of our pieces are crafted with high-grade alloys, gold plating, or silver-toned finishes for a luxury look. Please check the specific Product Description for material details.

2. How do I confirm my order? After placing an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone to provide details for the Rs. 500/- Advance Payment. Your order will be confirmed and processed once the advance is received.

3. What is the delivery time? Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy for damaged or incorrect items. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How can I track my parcel? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your shipment using the links below (based on the courier service used):

My order status is “In Transit”—what does it mean? This means your parcel has been picked up by the courier and is on its way to your city. It usually takes 24-48 hours from this status for the parcel to reach your doorstep.
