Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At AH Trend, we strive to provide the highest quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is outlined below:

1. Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Mandatory: For any claims regarding damaged or missing items, a clear unboxing video of the parcel is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings & Studs: For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on pierced jewelry.
  • Customized Jewelry: Items made specifically to your requirements.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 7 working days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or mobile wallet again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at officialahtrends@gmail.com .

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact us for the specific return address.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial delivery will be deducted from your total.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
