Shipping Policy

At AH Trend, we are committed to delivering your favorite jewelry pieces safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: We typically deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Advance Payment Requirement

To ensure serious commitment and minimize fake orders, we require a Rs. 500/- Advance Payment for all orders.

  • Once you place your order, our representative will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone with the payment details (JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer).
  • Your order will be confirmed and dispatched only after the advance payment is received.
  • The remaining balance will be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving the parcel.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (check our homepage for active offers).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (TCS, Leopards, or M&P), we will share a Tracking ID with you via WhatsApp or Email. You can use this ID on the courier’s website to see exactly where your parcel is.

5. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unavailable or the address was incorrect:

  • We will attempt to contact you for a second delivery.
  • Please note that the Rs. 500/- advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel.

6. Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged parcel:

  • Requirement: You MUST record a clear Unboxing Video while opening the parcel to claim any damages or missing items. Without a video, claims cannot be processed.
